NEW Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has given birth to a baby girl.
"Welcome to our village wee one," the 37-year-old politician posted on social media about 6pm (local time) on Thursday, having been driven to Auckland Hospital in the morning by partner Clarke Gayford.
"Feeling very lucky to have a healthy baby girl that arrived at 4.45pm weighing 3.31kg (7.3lb)".
