Gang Daeng-Thai red curry with the choice of prawns, beef, chicken or vegetables and with a plate of steamed rice is flavourful Shang Thai selection for the non-veg starters was a great platter with vegetable spring rolls, Pandan chicken, chicken satay, fish cake and papaya salad with trio of sauce is a great way to get introduced to Thai food where you can sample a variety of preparations. Vegatable satay where tofu, mushroom, capsicum and broccoli on the skewers is a good option for the vegetarians.

Tom Yum soup, a hot and sour soup, Thai style flavoured with lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves with a choice of meat or veggies was spicy but full of flavours. Talay Ruam Yang or char grilled mixed seafood served with garlic and pepper sauce was a very aromatic dish. Nasi Goreng an Indonesian style spicy chicken and prawn fried rice served with chicken satay and fried egg is a must and a super dish. You can end your meal with Khao Niew Ma Muang which is Thai sticky rice and sweet mangoes or with Tempura ice cream where crisp fried tempura of vanilla ice cream is served. Something different from the usual desserts.
