HOUSTON, TX, September 01, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The unique project involved the design and installation of Latchways Constant Force posts and cable-based fall arrest systems and on a rooftop to protect employees while maintaining the photovoltaic (PV) panels. This innovative rooftop fall protection conforms to the size and shape of the solar panel system providing continuous fall protection around the entire system. The use of the Constant Force Posts eliminated the requirements for costly penetrations of the roof due to their patented energy absorbing design resulting in an economical, user-friendly system.
